This policy explains what information ZettaSphere Technologies ("we", "us") collects on zettasphere.in, why we collect it and how you can control it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Each of our products (SarkariMap, BookMyLibrary, Brevix and others) has its own privacy policy on its own website. This policy covers only zettasphere.in.
Who we are
ZettaSphere Technologies is an MSME (Udyam) registered business owned by Suryadev Singh, based in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form or by email:
- Your name and email address
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give it
- The company and topic you select, and your message
- The IP address your message was sent from, used only to block spam
We do not use advertising trackers on this website and we do not sell your information.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your message
- To follow up on a partnership, listing or support request you started
- To protect the form from spam and abuse
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run this website. They process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and forwards email sent to our zettasphere.in addresses.
- Telegram delivers new contact form messages to us as a notification.
- Google (Gmail) receives the email forwarded from our zettasphere.in addresses.
- Oracle Cloud hosts the server that runs this website.
We share information with the government or police only when Indian law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for up to 2 years after that for our records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Messages are stored on our own server with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
